Honestly, I was expecting telephonic support to be a lot quicker than it was. I mean, when you run into a software issue, waiting around can get pretty frustrating. So, when I first called for help with a glitch in the dialer, it took a while to even get through to someone on the other end. The waiting time wasn’t the only thing though, once connected, the support felt like they were reading from a script and didn’t really get what I was trying to explain. It kind of made me feel like I was talking to a robot more than a human, which definitely wasn’t what I expected. I did appreciate that once we got on the same page, they followed up with some advice that actually improved how the database feature worked for me. But still, the whole process could have been much smoother and faster. Their priority assistance promised quicker response times, yet my experience didn’t reflect that. The updates from the software ran automatically like they said they would, but when issues popped up, handling them through support was slower than I’d like. Overall, it was a bit of a letdown compared to what I expected from the onboarding and user experience they'd advertised.
