I have used a few different remote workflow platforms before, so I sort of had an idea of what to expect. With WFHI, the initial sign-up and invoicing went pretty smoothly, which was reassuring. The training was straightforward, and I appreciated that the automatic updates never disrupted the dialer or calling tools I rely on daily. However, when I needed telephonic support, the response time was longer than I hoped. It wasn’t terrible, but it did make me a bit uncertain at first. The support staff were helpful when eventually reached, explaining things clearly, which was a relief. Compared to my previous experience, the communication was a bit slower, but the software itself is quite intuitive which balances it out. The database feature was easy enough to navigate, and it fit well into my existing workflow. The onboarding flow was logical, but I did find myself searching a little during the first hour to find certain features. Overall, I think WFHI’s platform offers solid tools, but I might wish for a bit quicker support responses in the future. It's still a positive experience overall, though I’d keep in mind the time factor if support is critical for you.
