You need to understand that the support and communication could be much faster. It took quite some time to find the answers I was looking for, which slowed down my use of the platform significantly. The telephonic support was available, but reaching the right department or person was not straightforward. Each time I called, there was a waiting period, and sometimes I had to explain my issue multiple times before it was understood. While eventually they did provide the information I needed, the delay was noticeable. I wish you could streamline response times and make it easier to get quick answers. That would improve the user experience a lot. Only positive was that once connected, the assistance was quite clear and polite. But the extended wait and effort to find help was a problem throughout my initial use.
