Support took its time but left me feeling confident
It took a couple of calls with the telephonic support before I really felt confident using the software, and honestly, I was getting a bit impatient at first. The support team was helpful, but there were times when the response wasn’t immediate, which was frustrating because I had a lot of questions about the dialer and database features. However, as the days went by and I got more used to the interface, I realized their explanations were solid and helpful. By the end of the week, I felt comfortable troubleshooting basic issues myself and making the most out of the calling tools. It’s funny because at the start, I thought I might give up if responses didn’t improve, but the persistence paid off. The combination of the training, the automatic updates, and the patient support finally gave me the confidence boost I needed. So, while waiting can be a bit annoying, the overall experience shaped up pretty well for me and the software’s workflow is quite practical once you get past the initial learning curve.
