Support took its own time to start up properly
Getting the help I needed took quite a while after I first signed up. The telephonic support was what I mainly relied on, but it wasn’t immediately responsive. I’ve explained before how delay in getting assistance slows everything down, and that was my experience here. Once the support line became more consistent, things improved a lot but still, initial wait times were frustrating. Automatic updates ran fine, so there was some ease there. The training was decent but I felt more attention during the onboarding could have sped up this entire process. Honestly, the missing piece was quicker engagement from the support team right at the beginning. It’s a good service overall, but the starting phase definitely needs better timing to avoid dragging out the early days of software use.
