Support took its own sweet time, but I got there
I signed up and tried getting help from WFHI’s support, but it honestly felt like I was doing most of the figuring out myself. The telephonic support was there when I called, and they gave instructions, but a lot of the time I had to do some trial and error with the software to understand how the calling tools and the database worked together. It was a bit frustrating because the information wasn’t always super clear or immediately applicable. The updates on the portal seemed to happen automatically but how those affected my setup only became clear after I spent a decent chunk of time experimenting. It wasn’t a hands-off experience, and I needed to spend multiple sessions on the phone and on my own before I got comfortable with the workflow. That said, the support staff didn’t rush me and were patient, which was good because the process could have felt overwhelming otherwise. In the end, I guess the time it took was reasonable given what I was trying to achieve — just a bit more upfront guidance would have saved me some hours.
