Support took effort but was mostly fair
When I contacted support, I did notice some repetition of basic troubleshooting steps that I had already tried, which was a bit frustrating. There was also some waiting involved before getting connected to someone who could really address my issues. However, once I was speaking with the right team member, the assistance was helpful and fairly efficient. So while the overall support process required patience and more effort than I would have liked, I appreciated the quality of help I eventually received. It wasn’t a seamless journey, but the end results did justify the delays in a way.
