Support took effort but mostly left me unsure what to do
I had hoped that calling the telephonic support would help when I faced issues with the software, but it turned out to be a frustrating experience. When things went wrong, I tried multiple times to get clear guidance but often ended up waiting a long time on hold or talking to different agents who seemed to pass the problem around rather than resolve it. I found myself thinking through the steps over and over, trying to explain the problem clearly even though I wasn’t always sure they understood. Each call felt like a new start, and that made me doubt whether the support system was set up well for complicated queries. It was hard to know if I should keep trying or find other resources. I’m still uncertain whether my issues have been fully addressed or will require me to work it out on my own. Looking back, it felt like the effort I invested was greater than I anticipated and didn’t really guarantee progress. Whether telephonic help was supposed to be a strength, it definitely tested my patience rather than relieved it.
