Support took considerable effort to reach
I found the responsiveness of telephonic support inconsistent. Sometimes I got quick answers, but at other times it took much longer than expected to get a call back or clarification. The priority assistance was helpful once it was engaged, but reaching out multiple times was necessary. While I appreciate their willingness to help, the delay in communication made parts of the problem-solving process a bit frustrating. Nonetheless, when I did get connected, the guidance was clear and useful, albeit with the effort needed to get through first.
