Support took ages to kick in, but dialer worked fine
Looking back on my experience with WorkFromHomeIndia’s support, the biggest frustration was definitely how long it took to get things moving after sign-up. Even though the software itself—especially the calling tool and database feature—worked reasonably well, the telephonic support for onboarding and training was sluggish. I waited several times for callbacks or responses to basic questions about setting up workflows, and it felt like a slow drip rather than timely help. The automatic updates were just background noise and didn't affect the speed of getting started. It was weeks before I could comfortably use the dialer reliably because I was so often delayed by not having clear guidance or prompt support. Only one thing really went smoothly: the invoicing and payment process was straightforward without any surprises, so at least financial admin wasn’t an obstacle. But overall, the delays in communication made the initial phase feel unnecessarily long and frustrating. It’s disappointing because the actual software and calling features have potential, but the pace at which support ramped up kept me waiting far too long before I could really benefit.
