Support took a while, but eventually got some helpful info
I found the support experience with WFHI to be a bit of a mixed bag. Initially, when I was trying to figure out the database features and how to integrate them with my workflows, I spent quite some time waiting for responses. There was a fair amount of repetition where I had to explain my concerns over and over to different agents. That was quite frustrating as it felt like no one was fully prepared with my case details. On the other hand, when I finally connected to a knowledgeable person, the guidance was clear and thorough, which helped clear up many of my doubts. The telephonic support team did their best within their constraints, but the delays and repeated explanations increased the total time spent on getting answers. At some points, I wished the onboarding flow was a bit more intuitive to reduce reliance on support. Despite the waiting and repetition, the support does eventually get you where you need to be, which I think balances out the initial hurdles. So, if you can tolerate some back and forth and waiting time, the support can be quite helpful though not exactly swift. In the end, the experience is neither great nor poor, but perfectly middle-of-the-road.
