Meri overall feeling yehi hai ki support team apna best karti hai but unke processes thode slow lagte hain kabhi-kabhi. Ye thoda frustrating hota hai, but fir bhi ye software use karte rahungi because baaki sab features theek hain, aur invoices ya payments process bhi smooth hi raha. So overall, ek tarah se ye experience stable hi raha, na zyada tight na hi useless, just the right balance kahungi.
