Support timing thoda hit-or-miss laga
I was looking forward to the support fitting my kaam ke hours well because mujhe regular queries hoti hain during evening shifts. Overall, phone assistance toh theek tha, kabhi prompt replies mile, par ek incident tha jab main late night call kar raha tha aur response itna timely nahi tha jitna expect kiya tha. Baaki samay during day support kaafi helpful laga, thoda consistent nahi tha but at least basic sawalon ke liye they were OK. Jo bhi queries thi, answers mile, par kabhi setup ya database issues clear karne mein thoda wait lagta raha. Jo practical help chahiye thi, wo mil gayi generally, par time zone mismatch thodi problem ban gayi kabhi kabhi. Isliye overall mixed feeling hai, support fine toh hai, par jab chahiye tha actively, wo pura sahi time pe nahi tha. Basically decent fit hua hours mein but achha coordination thoda miss hua kabhi kabhi.
