Support Timing Theek Tha, Par Kabhi Kabhi Delay Bhi Hua
Main initially expect kar raha tha ki support har waqt mere kaam ke hours ke hisaab se available hoga, especially jab din bhar remote kaam kar raha tha. Waise toh support team responsive aur helpful thi, unhone meri queries ka jawab diya timely. Lekin kabhi kabhi mujhe lagta tha ki actual support availability us timing se thodi different thi jo maine expect ki thi. Kahi baar raat ke time call karne par bhi support mil gaya which was good, lekin kisi din thoda slow response bhi mila. Isliye main is baat ko appreciate karta hoon ki unka telephonic assistance genuine tha par agar exact timing pe support mile toh aur accha hota. Overall experience mixed raha, lekin mostly positive hi tha.
