Support timing kaafi useful tha, par limited hi tha
Maine dekha ki telephonic support hours kaafi fit hua mere actual working hours ke andar. Kabhi bhi jab mujhe kisi technical problem ka samna hua, toh main same din mein hi contact kar paya aur unhone reasonably jaldi response diya. Yeh ek acha aspect tha jo mujhe lagta hai ki support available hona chahiye working times mein. Lekin baaki din ya weekend pe support available nahi hone ki wajah se kabhi kabhi inconvenience hua. Agar hum log irregular hours mein kaam karte hain, toh wo zyada faida nahi karega. Phir bhi mujhe yeh deem karna padega ki jo timing ka support mila wo relevant tha meri daily routine ke liye, jo unhone cover kiya tha. In general, main is support timing se satisfied tha, bas aur extended hours ka aspect missing tha.
