Mujhe support se help leni thi par wo hours mere kaam ke time se match nahi karte. Jab bhi issue aaya, ya toh phone band mila ya response bohot late hua. Main sochta tha ki support 24/7 available hoga, par aisa nahi tha. Ye ek bad experience tha kyunki jab software mein dikkat ai toh fatafat solution chahiye hota hai, aur jab available hi nahi mila toh frustration badh gaya. Mujhe laga tha ki telephonic assistance mere working hours mein easily milega, par yeh wala part sabse mushkil tha. Support ki timing mere liye fit nahi thi, shayad dusre log jinke timings alag hain unko theek lage. Overall, is aspect mein kafi kami mehsoos hui aur mera kaam affect hua iss wajah se.
