Aur jab invoice aur payment ka process start hua, to mujhe kaafi wait karni padhi tab tak jab tak confirmation nahi mila, jo frustrating tha. Database feature ke sath thode glitches hue, jisse mera workflow thoda slow hua. Automatic updates theek se implement nahi hue, isliye kuch functions proper kaam nahi kar paye kabhi kabhi. Call support se baat karte waqt tone casual tha, par mujhe laga thoda zyada dhyan dena chahiye tha mere issue pe. Overall soch rahi thi ki smooth hoga, par thodi ajeeb si situation rahi, bas ek cheez achi lagi ki finally support team ne ek baar issue resolve kiya tha after so much follow up. Par wo patience maintain karna sabse difficult tha mera.
