Support thodi confusing thi, par communication achha tha
Mai WFHI ki support system aur communication process ko lekar thoda confused thi. Jab mujhe kisi feature ke bare mein help chahiye thi, toh support team tak pahuchna itna asaan nahi tha jitna expect karti thi. Phone pe support thoda delayed aur kabhi kabhi language barriers ke wajah se samasya thi. Lekin jo documentation aur FAQ section mujhe mila, wo fairly detailed tha aur unme mujhe mere sawalon ke jawab mil gaye. Mujhe sach mein hairani hui jab training portals pe clarity thodi kam thi, aur mujhe jyada waqt lag gaya apni queries find karne mein. Communication ka tarika thoda formal tha, isliye kabhi-kabhi mujhe lagta tha ke response thoda slow aa raha hai, but overall courteous tha. Mujhe ye bhi mehsoos hua ki agar automatic updates ke baare mein pehle se zyda information di jati, toh mujhe training aur support se jyada aasani hoti. Finally, support toh help karta hai, but thoda zyada pro-active approach ke saath to aur achha hota.
