Support thodi confusing thi, not as expected

Pehle se jo software try kiya tha, usmein customer service proactive hota tha, par yahan mujhe har baar baar call karna padta tha apne hisaab se setting samajhne khatir. Automatic updates ke baad bhi kisi ne clear nahi bataya ki kya change hua. Billing aur payment process bhi complicated laga, signs-up toh easily hua but invoice samajhna mushkil tha. Mujhe lagta tha ki thoda zyada proper guidance milegi, par end mein zyada explore karna pada self-help se. Overall, support experience thoda frustrating tha.
