Support thodi baar slow thi par kaam to ho gaya
Mujhe ye kahna padega ki support experience thoda mixed raha. Pehli baar jab maine issue uthaya toh response time thoda zyada laga aur mujhe baar-baar apni baat repeat karni padi, jo obviously frustrating tha. Main chahti thi ki wo samanjasya thoda better ho aur bina baar-baar takleef diye help mile. Par jab reset call mila, tabhi toh main samajh payi ki jo problem thi wo properly address ho rahi hai. Jab baat karne wali thi, toh unki team sab discussion patiently leti thi, magar waiting time aur understanding ke beech thoda gap tha. Overall main kahungi ki support thoda slow tha, lekin customers ki problem ko solve karne ke liye woh genuine effort karte hai. Toh end mein mujhe laga ki ye bhi chalta hai, bas thoda aur improve karna padega.
