Support thoda work kiya, lekin ek moment pe lag gaya click nahin hua
Main poore support experience ko jyada yaad nahi kar raha par ek moment tha jab mujhe laga ki yeh system thodi help kar sakta hai. Meri ek call mein jab dialer thoda hang kar gaya tha tab support team ne thoda samajh kar reply diya, par uske baad baaki response vague lag rahe the. Pehle waale system ki baat karu toh wo thoda consistent tha, magar yahan kabhi kabhi aisa feel hua ki mera issue properly samjha nahi ja raha. Overall support team try karti thi, par wo ek particular moment jab mujhe clear help nahi mila, mujhe thoda doubt mein daal gaya ki kya yeh solution mere liye perfect hai ya nahi.
