Jab maine WFHI ki support team ko call kiya, toh main honestly surprised hui ki response thoda slow tha. Initial queries ke liye mujhe wait karna pada, aur kabhi kabhi lagta tha ki unke answers perfect solve nahi kar rahe the mera problem. Haan ek baar jab main unhe database aur calling dialer ke baare mein bata rahi thi, tab unhone zaroor madad ki aur helpful suggestions diye, wo part acha tha. Lekin overall mujhe laga ki communication aur timely updates mein kuch kami thi, jo frustration badha rahi thi. Training material se mujhe cheeze samajh aayi thi, lekin jab practical problems aaye toh support thoda disappointing laga. Jo automatic updates hote hain, uske baad kabhi interface lag kar confusing ho jaata hai, us par bhi support se clear guidelines nahi mili. Aise mein lagta hai ki thodi zyada quick aur proactive communication honi chahiye thi, tab experience better hota.
