Support thoda mixed laga, overall manageable
Mere experience ke hisaab se, WFHI ka support team response time theek-thaak tha, lekin kabhi kabhi thoda slow lagta tha. Jab maine telephonic support call kiya, to kuch sawalon ke jawab jaldi mile, par complicated issues mein patience rakha padta tha customer ko. Emails ka response bhi kabhi timely aate, toh kabhi late. Jahan tak communication quality ki baat hai, team generally polite aur professional thi, par updates ke liye mujhe khud proactive hona padta tha. Onboarding ke time bhi workaround aur solutions ke liye thodi der lagi, par jo madad mili wo kaam ki thi. Overall impression ye hai ki support adequate tha, perfect nahi, par customers ko basic needs puri karne mein support kar diya. Yeh feeling ayi ki agar aapko complex problem aye toh shayad thoda zyada wait karna padega. Lekin regular use ke liye support kaafi tha aur saath hi helpful bhi.
