Yaar, jab support ke liye call kiya toh pehle toh lag raha tha ki sab kuch mil jayega easily bas ek do button dabana hai. Lekin fir thoda complicated ho gaya kyunki jo mujhe chahiye tha database mein, woh clean nahi mila, aur call connect hone mein bhi time laga. Par jo dialer aur telephonic support ke basic cheezein thi, unmein thoda paas tha aur kaafi samajh mein aa gaya. Overall, contact karne mein thoda waqt laga but jab mila toh speed theek thi, bas mujhe lagta hai ki documentation aur thoda improve ho jaye toh aur accha rahega. Matlab, thoda hassle tha but puri tarah se disappointment nahi thi experience ki.
