Support thoda confusing tha against expectations
Main soch rahi thi ki support clear hoga, par jo mila usse thoda confusing experience raha. Jab bhi main phone kiya, unhone try kiya help karne ki, par technical baatein itni simple nahi samjha paye. Main expect karti thi ki explanation easy aur step-by-step milegi taaki dialer aur database ke use mei asaani ho. Kabhi-kabhi mujhe lagta ki jitna support diya gaya, utna expected nahi tha, aur thoda jyada patience lagta hai samajhne me. Lekin main ye bhi kahungi ki overall support staff polite tha aur apni taraf se pura koshish karte the, which thoda encouraging tha. Toh clarity ki kami ke bawajood, main support ki baat karti hoon as slightly positive but definitely not up to the mark jo main chahti thi.
