Experience with WFHI’s support karne mein mixed raha. Jo pehla contact tha, woh seamless tha and vo helpful tha jab maine training ke baare mein sawaal kiye. Par daily usage mein thode ups and downs aaye jaise kabhi dialer sahi se sync nahi ho raha tha, aur support call par thoda wait bhi karna padta tha. Telephone assistance overall warm feel deta tha, lekin patience rakhna tha jab technical glitches aaye. Database updates aur automatic changes ki wajah se kabhi kabhi mujhe khud se troubleshooting karni padti thi. Toh, good side ye tha ki help milti thi, par thoda inconsistency bhi thi jo chinta ki baat hai.
