Main tumse honestly bole toh support experience pura smooth nahi tha compare kiya to jo main pehle use karta tha. Pehle wale system mein feedback jaldi aata tha aur call dialer bhi thik se kaam karta tha, lekin yahan aise lagta hai jaise response mein delay hota hai aur connectivity hua karti thi beech beech mein. Database feature abhi proper integrate nahi hua hai meri workflow ke saath. Lekin sign-up process aur payment system jo hai, wo theek thaak tha, usme koi dikhat nahi aayi. Overall, mujhe tumhari company ka software se woh asaani nahi mili jo main expect karta hoon, aur support communication mein thoda sudhar karna padega.
