Jab finally baat hui, response logon ka slow tha aur problem ko jaldi solve nahi kar paye. Training mein jo basic steps tha usse aage kisi cheez mein help leni padi, magar wo process frustrating laga. Mera ticket open hua, par follow up mein communication mein clarity nahi thi, mujhe baar baar apni situation explain karni padi. Ye sab dekh kar lagta hai ki agle time bhi agar mujhe help ki zarurat hui, toh main confident nahi hoon ki quickly mil payegi. Overall, support ka ye experience kafi disappointing raha jo kahi na kahi mujhe is whole software journey se reluctant karta hai aage badhne mein.
