Mein rozana WFHI ka support use karti hoon aur overall toh interaction theek raha. Batch training ke baad bhi jab kuch doubts aaye toh telephonic assistance available thi aur unhone generally quick response diya. Lekin kabhi kabhi lagta tha ki thoda delay ho jata hai, especially jab workload zyada hota hai. Phone pe baat karte waqt feeling thi ki baat samajh rahe hain lekin troubleshooting mein kabhi lagta hai ki thoda aur clarity ho sakti thi. Meri jo call dialer aur software use karne ki aadat bani thi, us rationale mein agar support thoda proactive hota toh helpfull hota. Par, haan, major functions ko samajhne mein kisi din koi dikkat nahin ayi. Bas daily interaction mein consistency mein thoda improvement chahiye.
