Support: the hit and miss experience compared to what I knew
I was used to a different kind of support system before starting with WFHI. There, responses were quicker, and the guidance felt more personalized. Here, the telephonic support is definitely there and polite, but at times the explanations were generic and didn’t address my specific issues, which was a bit frustrating. On the bright side, the automatic updates meant I didn’t have to worry about manual installations, making the software remain up to date without extra effort. Compared to what I expected, the initial training was sufficient but lacked the depth I hoped for; it felt more like an overview rather than a detailed walkthrough. While the invoicing and payment portal functioned smoothly, I did find the sign-up and onboarding a bit confusing at first, as the step-by-step instructions were sometimes unclear. So on balance, support here is decent but not exceptional, especially if you’ve had more hands-on, proactive help elsewhere. Still, the service manages to keep things running adequately once you get used to its quirks.
