Woh main expect kar rahi thi from support was that I’d get quick answers and not have to bother too much myself, but jo mila woh thoda different tha. Initially mujhe lag raha tha ki main sab kuch khud hi solve karungi, especially for the calling tools and dialer arrangement. Lekin jab phone support ko call kiya, woh log samajhdaar the aur bade patiently meri problems sunte rahe, jis se mujhe kaafi reassurance mili. Automatic updates ke baad kabhi kabhi system me changes aaye, magar unhone mujhe guide kiya ki kya karna hai, jo mujhe expected nahi tha but kaafi helpful tha. Sign-up and invoicing process thoda slow laga par sahi steps mein tha. Overall, jab bhi support ki zarurat padi, they didn’t just give one-word answers but thoda zyada samay diya understanding ke liye, which surprised me in a good way. So main kehungi ki support experience mera expectation se better tha, even though maine initially socha tha that I’d manage most things on my own.
