Main ne support team ko contact kiya tha jab mujhe software setup mein kuch dikkat aayi. Response time itna fast nahi tha, thoda wait karna padha, jo thoda frustrating tha, especially jab urgent help ki zarurat thi. Lekin jab finally unhone call ya message kiya, toh unka samajhna aur solution dena achha tha. Ek choti si baat jo mujhe lagti hai, woh hai ki kabhi kabhi unki language thodi technical lagti thi, jo mere jaise beginners ke liye thoda confusing thi. Par overall, main keh sakta hoon ki unhone madad ki jo chaahi thi, bas woh process thoda slow tha aur thodi aur friendly honi chahiye. Agar support thoda aur responsive ho jaye toh experience better ho sakta tha, lekin jo mila usse main theek thaak satisfied hoon.
