Support tha helpful but thoda slow jab problem aayi
Generally, support kaafi helpful tha mera unke software issue mein, especially jab dialing feature thoda glitch kar raha tha. Jab bhi phone uthaya, toh unka response positive tha and well-meaning. Lekin main ek baar thoda frustrate hua because problem solve hone mein zyada time laga and mujhe baar baar same information deni padi. Support ne then bhi patiently sunna aur samjha, par unke solutions thoda slow aaye. Thoda better hota agar unka follow-up system toh solid hota, kyunki ek baar delay hone se thoda kaam ruk gaya mera. Lekin main appreciate karta hoon ki unka attitude supportive tha aur har call mein koshish ki help karne ki. So, itna clear hai ki support acha hai, bas handling thoda better ho sakta hai jab issues complex ho jaate hain. Overall, ye ek chhota masla hai, but it definitely stood out during my usage.
