Support tha friendly but kabhi kabhi self help zyada laga
I was expecting support to guide zyada kare but surprisingly mujhe kaafi cheezein khud hi figure out karni padhi, jo shayad training mein nahi thi ya woh itni clear nahi thi. The telephonic support was friendly aur help karne ki koshish karti thi, par thoda sa frustrated feel hota tha jab solution dene mein time lagta tha ya mujhe baar baar explain karna padta tha mera problem. Interface mein kuch updates aaye jo automatically ho gaye aur woh achha surprise tha. Overall, support thoda mixed laga, ek haath dho kar nahi choda but itna bhi nahi ki sab ready-made mile.
