Support team was patient but it required some effort from me
The responsiveness of the support staff was decent, and they made an effort to understand my issues without rushing. It wasn’t instant or always smooth, but the team stayed engaged throughout and answered my questions sincerely. Sometimes, it took a couple of calls or follow-ups to get the complete situation clarified, which required me to be persistent and keep checking back. I appreciated that none of the agents brushed me off or avoided difficult queries. At times, I had to explain my problem multiple ways, yet the team remained composed and professional. The process asked some effort of me, mostly in sticking with the conversations and supplying necessary information. However, this level of dedication on both sides eventually led to effective resolutions. While faster turnaround would be ideal, the support I got showed genuine willingness to help and that counts well in my book for customer care with complex software like this.
