Support team’s patience stood out, even if wait was a bit long
The telephonic support I received was generally helpful with clear explanations, which was the best part of the communication. The support agents repeated important steps calmly when I asked again, which I appreciated. The only drawback was a bit of waiting time on hold at times which felt tedious, especially when dealing with an urgent issue. Despite this, each call ended with my questions mostly resolved and their willingness to follow through made the experience positive overall. I think cutting down the wait or better call routing could make the support even better, but I genuinely found their approach patient and understanding.
