Mujhe easily required information mil gai thi, par baar-baar call karna pada. Dialer aur software access mein koi dikkat nahi hui, sab smoothly chal raha tha overall. Ye thik hai ki unke automatic updates timely hote hain, lekin support ka slow hona kabhi kabhi frustrating lagta hai. Database feature ko access karna simple tha, par jab mujhe kisi urgent baat ko clear karna tha, toh vo time lekar hua jiski mujhe umeed nahi thi. Mujhe lagta hai agar support thoda fast hota toh ye product zyada user-friendly hota.
