Support team ko reach karna tha easy but thoda time laga
I found the support team generally reachable and they provided answers that were helpful. Thoda effort laga because kabhi-kabhi response time thoda slow hota tha especially jab complicated queries thi. Lekin jab bhi baat hui, communication clear thi aur solutions thoughtful lage. I appreciated that vo log apne level pe puri koshish karte rahe mere questions ko samajhne ki, par at times mujhe lagta tha ki thoda aur proactive hona chahiye tha wo log. Overall, joining process se leke initial usage tak, support ne kaafi role play kiya, and it wasn’t frustrating especially because they gave detailed explanations and followed up reasonably well. Bas thoda aur tez reaction milta toh aur better hota, par I am satisfied with the effort they put in.
