Support team handled issues well
During my use of the software, I did encounter a few minor issues that needed attention. I reached out to the support team and was impressed by their timely response. They addressed my concerns effectively, which was the highlight of my experience. However, there was one instance where it took a little longer than I would have liked to get a complete resolution. Overall, the support was solid, but that slight delay was something I noticed.
