Everyday use mein support kaafi interesting lagta tha. Kuch din jab mujhe technical issues aaye, toh support team quick respond karti thi aur problems ko sort karne mein madad ki. Lekin aise bhi kuch din the jab mujhe lagta tha ke unka response thoda delay ho raha hai ya fir solutions clear nahi the. Dialer aur calling tools ke related queries mein toh generally woh helpful rahe, par kabhi kabhi mujhe lagta tha ki inka system thoda zyada consistent hona chahiye. Day to day basis pe software ki updates thik-thaak chal rahi thi, par support system ke wajah se kabhi frustration bhi feel hua. Good part ye tha ki jab bhi urgent help chahiye hoti toh usually mil jati thi, par kabhi kabhi lagta tha ki jo basic clarifications hain unmein clarity nahi thi. Overall, poora experience kaisa raha? I'd say it was functioning but with thoda heart and mind dono mix ho ke tha, like some helpful days, some challenging days. Still, it didn't discourage me completely.
