Warning: This is reflection after 2 months using WFHI's support. I was initially worried if I’d ever need their help again after the first few calls, but it turned out their telephonic support is decent enough to rely on. Jo bhi checks ya updates chahiye the, unmein they were mostly prompt in helping solve issues or guide me through new features. Par jab baar-baar same type ki queries repeat hui, toh response thoda slow lagta tha, jaise ki quality consistency mein thodi kami thi. Database functions pe kabhi kabhi unke solutions clear nahi hote, isliye mujhe apne taraf se bhi experiment karna pada. So overall, support acchi thi, lekin main chahti thi ki thoda zyada proactive aur timely ho jaye future mein agar main phir call karti hoon.
