Support system lagatar thoda disappointing experience tha
Mujhe experience yeh hua ki jab pehli baar support se contact kiya, toh response time theek tha aur communication bhi clear tha, jo ki main appreciate karti hoon. Lekin jab daily kaam ke dauraan mujhe support ki zarurat padhi, toh lagta tha ki responses slow ho rahe hain aur logic clear nahi hota tha unke Javaab mein. Kabhi kabhi lagta ki samajhne mein thoda confusion hota hai ya problems ko ekdum se solve karne ka effort kam lagta hai. Phir bhi ek baat jo acchi lagi woh thi ki overall team polite thi, aur telephonic support ka tone professional tha, jo ek chhoti si rahat deti thi us frustration ke beech. Lekin mujhe yeh lagta hai ki communication ziada proactive ho toh better hota aur support ko improve karta. Doesn't mean bilkul bekaar hai, bas thoda better planning aur promptness se might change the general feel during longer use.
