Support system ka response time bahut slow tha
Yaar, main bataun toh WFHI ki support koi khas nahi thi. Jab bhi phone uthaya dialer me problem ke liye, response milne mein itna time lagta tha ki frustrate ho jaata tha main. Kabhi-kabhi toh automatic updates ke baad system crash bhi hua, matlab roz kaam pe toh bahut dikkat aayi. Waise training sessions ache the, usme koi dikkat nahi thi. Bas jo roz ka communication tha support team se, wo theek se handle nahi kar paaye. Main toh samajhta tha ki online assistance se jaldi help milegi, par yeh experience thoda disappointing tha mujhe.
