Support surprisingly suited my unconventional working hours
I was quite pleasantly surprised that telephonic support actually fit around my rather unusual working hours. Usually, with online software services, I find helpline times to be mismatched with my own schedule, meaning I often have to wait or adjust my day significantly. But here, I could reach out in the early mornings or late evenings and still get helpful assistance without much delay. This made the onboarding and daily checklist queries much less stressful. The representatives were clear and patient, and even though I had a few questions outside normal hours, they managed to accommodate me well enough. It’s a small detail but it greatly improved my overall experience. I didn’t expect this level of flexibility initially but it certainly helped make my workflow smoother. A really welcome surprise for users who don't follow the usual 9 to 5 routine!
