On daily use, support offered by WFHI surprised me in terms of responsiveness. Some days, calls to helpline and emails got answers quickly which made my tasks easier. On other occasions, it took quite a while before a representative could provide solutions or clarify doubts which slowed down progress. I also noticed that the software updates sometimes caused temporary issues that needed real-time assistance. Despite that, the team did try to follow up consistently, and the overall communication was positive. The contrast between prompt and delayed help was unexpected, but it balanced out just enough to keep me going. I'm hoping that the consistency of their support improves as I continue using their services.
