Support surprised me with how quick they were
Hey, I wasn’t expecting much when I reached out for help with the software access, honestly. Usually, these things take ages but the support team was pretty speedy in responding. Sometimes it felt like I got replies faster than I hoped. On the other hand, there were a couple of times when the issue I raised wasn’t fully resolved on the first try and they had to get back to me again. So kinda mixed feelings — super surprised by their quick replies but also wished issues got sorted out without back and forth. Overall, not bad but not perfect either.
