Support surprised me by being noticeably better
Thinking back to all the support experiences I’ve had with remote workflow tools before, I wasn’t sure what to expect from WFHI’s telephonic support, but I was surprised by how helpful they turned out to be. Usually, when I’ve called customer service for software issues, there’s a lot of waiting around or being passed between departments. This time, the priority assistance picked up fairly quickly, and the representative seemed knowledgeable and patient with my questions about the dialer and database features. It felt like they were genuinely trying to understand my concerns rather than just following a script, which stood out compared to prior support I’ve used. While I’m not totally sure if this is a standard experience or I just caught them on a good day, I appreciated the clarity and straight talk they provided. The automatic updates didn’t interrupt their assistance, and they even helped me troubleshoot an unexpected bug I encountered. Overall, the communication was far less frustrating than I’ve grown used to, and it left me wondering if I might start preferring this software in part because of the support offered alongside it.
