support surprised me by being more helpful than i expected
I wasnt sure what to expect from the helpline at first but honestly, they were pretty solid. At first, it felt like getting through the menu would be a drag, and I wasnt sure if the people would understand what I meant easily. But then, they actually did and were patient enough to walk me through setting up the dialer and fixing some database sync issues. It wasnt instant but I got the sense they were trying to actually get me sorted not just ticking boxes. I was down on starting but by the end I had a little more confidence using the system. I guess what surprised me was just how thorough the help was on day one. That said, I wish the communication was a bit more proactive from the app side and the updates didnt sometimes confuse the interface. Overall it's okay and I'll probably keep using the support if I really need it but for basic stuff im good now.
