Support Suits Those Patient With Some Waiting
The telephonic support was generally useful yet involved some unavoidable delays. When I called about a question on the database feature, the agent was able to provide the information I needed, but I had to wait on hold briefly before talking to someone. During the call, the agent occasionally asked me to repeat the same details, which was somewhat frustrating but not a dealbreaker. If you do not mind these minor pauses, the support service gives decent guidance, especially if you are new to remote workflow software. However, for someone expecting instant answers every time, this might not be the right fit. I appreciate that automatic updates to the software generally minimize the need for contacting support, so these experiences were relatively rare. The onboarding training was straightforward enough but did not fully prepare me for certain edge cases that arose later. Therefore, while the support is mostly adequate with some waiting involved, it fits best with users who can tolerate a bit of back and forth and occasional delays without losing patience.
