Support suited those comfortable with technical jargon, not beginners
Reflecting on my experience with WFHI’s support over time, I realize it fits some user types better than others. Initially, I expected the assistance and communication to be more guided, with step-by-step explanations that would suit someone without much background in remote workflow software. However, I found that while the support team answered questions competently, the replies often relied on terminology that newcomers might find confusing. For users who are experienced or have a technical understanding, this approach might be sufficient and even efficient. However, people less familiar with some features like the dialer or database management could face challenges. The onboarding process was thorough but felt a bit rushed to me, and while I appreciated the invoicing and payment steps being straightforward, the overall communication made me feel it wasn’t fully tailored for my expectations. This service might be best for users willing to navigate somewhat complex explanations.
